Is American Steamers selling franchises now?
Not yet. We're gathering interest while the program and its Franchise Disclosure Document are prepared. Joining the list doesn't commit you to anything.
How much does it cost to open a location?
Fees and total investment haven't been set. They'll be listed in the disclosure document you receive before any agreement. We won't quote numbers before then.
How much can I earn?
We don't make earnings claims on this site. If we share financial performance information, it will be in the disclosure document, where it has to be.
Do I need cleaning experience?
It helps, but it isn't required. Training covers the methods. Treating customers well is up to you.
Which areas are available?
We'll share territories when the program opens. Tell us where you'd like to operate so we know where interest is.
Can I offer area rug cleaning without my own plant?
Yes. Owners in reach of our Plantation plant can send customers' rugs to us for full in-plant washing.
Where does work come from?
From customer calls and online estimate requests, the same way American Steamers books work today, with every job confirmed before it goes on the schedule.
